Summary

This study tests whether automated text messages can help people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) manage mood and behavioral symptoms. 40 adults aged 50+ with MCI will receive a program based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) via their smartphone. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and reduces symptoms like depression and anxiety.
