Summary
This study tested whether a single injection of ACP Max PRP (a concentrated platelet solution from your own blood) can safely ease knee osteoarthritis symptoms. 45 adults with knee arthritis received either the PRP injection or a standard steroid shot. Researchers tracked side effects and changes in pain, stiffness, and function over 6 to 12 months.
