Summary

This study tests a drug called ACP-196 (acalabrutinib) in 124 adults with mantle cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear. Participants take the drug by mouth, and researchers monitor safety and response.
