Can a phone app tune up hearing for kids with implants?

NCT ID NCT07297524

Summary

This study is exploring whether a 12-week therapy program delivered through a smartphone app can help improve how children and teenagers with cochlear implants hear music and speech. About 25 participants will use the app at home and have their hearing skills tested before, during, and after the program. The goal is to see if this new approach makes listening easier and improves quality of life.
