Summary
This study tests two medications, acotiamide and itopride, to see which works better for people who feel uncomfortably full, bloated, or get full too quickly after meals. The trial will involve 152 adults aged 18-70 with a specific type of indigestion called postprandial distress syndrome. Participants will take one of the two drugs for 8 weeks, and researchers will track symptom changes using a standard scale.
