Could your acne wash stop surgery infections?
NCT ID NCT07239349
Summary
This study is testing if washing the skin with a special acne cleanser before shoulder surgery can help prevent bacterial contamination. Researchers will compare patients who use the acne wash to those who use regular soap. The goal is to see if this simple step can reduce the risk of infection after rotator cuff repair surgery.
