New combo treatments tested to smooth facial acne scars

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to improve the appearance of facial acne scars. It will compare a treatment using a person's own processed fat (nanofat) alone to the same treatment combined with either a platelet-rich gel or a microneedling procedure. The goal is to see which approach is safest and most effective at making scars less noticeable.
