Summary
This study aims to find the best way to improve the appearance of facial acne scars. Researchers will compare three different skin treatments in adults with moderate to severe scars. They will test whether injecting a person's own processed fat (nanofat) works better alone or when combined with another treatment like platelet-rich fibrin or microneedling.
