Can special exercises speed up ACL recovery and reduce fear of re-injury?
NCT ID NCT07333092
Summary
This study is testing whether adding special 'proprioceptive' exercises to standard balance training helps people recover better after ACL knee surgery. It will involve 50 adults in their 2nd week of rehab, comparing two groups over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the extra exercises improve balance, reduce fear of movement, and help the knee function better in daily life.
