Summary
This study aims to see if specific exercises targeting the quadriceps (thigh) muscles can improve knee function and movement patterns in teenagers who have had ACL reconstruction surgery. Researchers will measure changes in leg strength and how participants jump and land. The goal is to find better rehabilitation methods to help young athletes recover safely and return to sports.
