Can a simple squat fix your walk after knee surgery?
NCT ID NCT07308431
Summary
This study is testing if adding a specific single-leg squat exercise to standard physical therapy helps people walk more normally after ACL reconstruction surgery. Researchers will enroll 48 adults recovering from surgery to see if the exercise improves knee strength, muscle activity, and walking patterns. The goal is to find a more targeted rehab method to correct lingering walking problems after this common sports injury.
