NCT ID NCT07589309
First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding Total Motion Release (TMR) exercises to standard Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy helps people recover strength, balance, and knee function better after ACL reconstruction surgery. 44 men and women aged 16-45 who had ACL surgery took part. The combined group did TMR moves on their non-surgical side before BFR training, while the other group did BFR alone. Researchers measured leg strength, balance, and self-reported knee function over 6 months.
