First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looked at 439 active patients who had ACL knee surgery to find out which tendon graft—patella, hamstrings, or quadriceps—works best. The goal was to see which graft leads to fewer failures and better knee function two years after surgery. Results were analyzed to help guide future treatment choices.
