First human tests begin for experimental brain drug
NCT ID NCT07463196
Summary
This is a first-in-human study to check the safety and tolerability of a new drug called ACI-19764, which is designed to target the brain. It will involve 78 healthy volunteers to see how the body absorbs and processes the drug at different dose levels. The main goal is to gather safety data and understand how the drug behaves in the body, not to treat any disease.
