Summary
This study looks at different ways to treat long-lasting Achilles tendon pain in active adults aged 18 to 65. It compares standard exercise therapy alone or combined with shockwave therapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, or both. The goal is to find which approach works best to reduce pain and improve function over six months.
