Summary
This pilot study tests whether acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil) works better for period cramps in women with Crohn's disease. About 24 women with stable Crohn's will take each medication for two menstrual cycles and report their pain. The main goal is to see if a larger study is possible by tracking enrollment and adherence.
