New decision tree aims to improve hip fracture surgery outcomes

This study tested a new decision-making guide for treating fractures of the hip socket (acetabulum). Researchers at Grenoble University Hospital reviewed the results of 250 adult patients treated using this guide. The goal was to see if the guide leads to better recovery and fewer patients needing hip replacement surgery.
