Summary
This completed study aimed to compare bleeding risks in emergency surgery patients taking different blood thinners (DOACs, warfarin, or antiplatelets). Only 4 people took part, which is far too few to draw any meaningful conclusions. The results are not useful for guiding treatment decisions.
