Summary

This study tested a supplement called ACEMg (Soundbites) in 64 adults with sensorineural hearing loss (the most common type) and/or tinnitus. Participants took the supplement daily for 24 weeks and completed hearing tests and surveys at home using a smartphone app. The goal was to see if the supplement could preserve or improve hearing and reduce symptoms like ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and sound sensitivity (hyperacusis).
