Summary

This study tests a new treatment called ACE1831 for people with lupus that is active despite standard therapies. ACE1831 uses immune cells from healthy donors to try to control the disease. The study will check if the treatment is safe and if it reduces lupus symptoms. It involves 22 adults aged 18 to 60 with moderate to severe lupus.
