New hope for Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer: first human trial begins

Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new drug called ACE-232 for men with metastatic prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer.
