Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called ACE-232 in people with a hard-to-treat type of advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard therapies. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see early signs of whether it can help control the disease. About 67 participants will take the drug and be closely monitored.
