Zapping the brain to kick the habit: new trial tests quick smoking cure

Summary

This study tests a 5-day course of brain stimulation (deep TMS) to help adults aged 18-65 quit smoking. About 40 participants will receive 4 sessions per day for 5 days. The main goal is to see if the treatment is tolerable and acceptable, and to explore its effects on smoking habits and cravings.
