NCT ID NCT07069517

Summary

This study is testing whether a condensed, 5-day group therapy program can help military personnel and veterans who struggle with PTSD, insomnia, and frequent nightmares. It compares a specialized therapy targeting sleep problems to general sleep advice, with both groups also receiving a therapy for PTSD. The goal is to see if this accelerated format effectively reduces symptoms and improves sleep.
