Summary

This study tests whether a fast, 5-day group therapy program can improve PTSD, insomnia, and nightmares in veterans and active-duty military. 160 participants will receive either a specialized cognitive-behavioral therapy or sleep education, both combined with a proven PTSD writing therapy. The goal is to see which approach works better for easing these conditions quickly.
