This study tests whether starting a type of dialysis (CVVHDF) immediately after blood filtering (hemoperfusion) can improve survival in people with severe diquat poisoning. Diquat is a herbicide that can cause rapid organ failure. The trial will enroll 24 adults who have high levels of diquat in their blood. The goal is to see if this faster treatment approach reduces death and other serious complications.
