First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether two breathing tools—Acapella and incentive spirometry—can help people recover lung function after coronary artery bypass surgery. About 100 adults aged 33 to 60 will use these devices before and for three days after surgery. The goal is to see if they improve blood oxygen levels and how fast patients can exhale.
