Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called AC676 in about 60 adults with B-cell blood cancers (like certain leukemias and lymphomas) that have returned or not improved after at least two prior treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects. Researchers will also look at how the drug moves through the body and whether it can shrink tumors.
