Radioactive bullet targets tough prostate cancers

Summary
This study tests a radioactive drug called [Ac-225]-PSMA-62 in men with PSMA-positive prostate cancer that has spread. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose, and to see if it can control the cancer. About 142 men with hormone-sensitive or castration-resistant prostate cancer will take part. The drug is given by IV and works by delivering radiation directly to cancer cells.
