Summary
This clinical trial is testing an experimental oral medication called ABSK141 for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D. The study aims to find the safest and most effective dose while checking if the drug can help control cancers like colorectal, lung, and pancreatic cancer.
