First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at how the drug abemaciclib, used with hormone therapy for a certain type of breast cancer, causes severe diarrhea in some patients. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood of 235 women to see if higher levels lead to more side effects. The goal is to create a model that could help doctors adjust doses to reduce diarrhea while keeping the treatment effective.
