Summary

This study aims to see if researchers can measure how much of the cancer drug abemaciclib reaches brain tumors in people with aggressive gliomas. Participants take the drug for a few days, then undergo surgery to place a tiny tube in the brain that collects fluid samples for 48 hours. The study includes up to 1 person aged 18-39 with recurrent high-grade or diffuse midline glioma.
