Nerve pain in the belly? lidocaine shots may offer relief

Summary
This study looks at whether injecting lidocaine into the abdominal wall can ease chronic pain caused by a trapped nerve. About 45 adults with this condition will receive the injection as part of their normal care and report their pain levels over three months. Researchers will also track side effects and measure pain sensitivity to better understand who benefits most.
