First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares a new drug combination (ABC-14) with two standard treatments for adults newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). About 240 participants will receive either ABC-14, the traditional "3+7" chemotherapy, or a two-drug combo (AB-14). The goal is to see which approach leads to more complete remissions with fewer side effects.
