First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called ABBV-711, alone or with another drug (budigalimab), in adults with advanced squamous tumors (like certain lung or head/neck cancers) that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drugs shrink tumors. About 220 participants will take pills or receive infusions over up to 5 years, with regular checkups and tests.
