First test of new cancer drug halted early
NCT ID NCT06158958
Summary
This was an early safety study for a new cancer drug called ABBV-303, tested alone and in combination with another drug, budigalimab. It involved adults with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to other treatments. The main goal was to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug, while also checking for any early signs that it might help shrink tumors.
