Summary

This study tests whether adding a drug called batroxobin to standard blood thinners helps clear blood clots in the brain faster in people with acute cerebral venous thrombosis. About 72 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or blood thinners alone. The main goal is to see if more patients achieve complete clot clearance within 7 days.
