Summary
This study tested a new drug called etrumadenant (AB928) combined with other treatments in 227 adults with metastatic colorectal cancer that has spread. The goal was to see if these combinations can slow cancer growth and are safe. Participants received different drug mixes, and doctors measured tumor response and side effects.
