Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new cell therapy called AB-201 for people with advanced HER2-positive stomach or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer who have already tried at least two standard treatments. The main goal is to check if the treatment is safe and what side effects it might cause. Researchers will also look for early signs that it might help shrink tumors.
