Summary
This study follows 500 adults with Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency (AATD) for up to 5 years to understand how liver disease naturally progresses without treatment. Researchers will track liver scarring, complications, and lung function, and use questionnaires to learn about participants' health. The goal is to find predictors of disease worsening or improvement, helping doctors better diagnose and manage AATD-related liver problems.
