Summary

This study tests whether a new drug (AAA817) given with hormone therapy can slow the growth of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone treatment. About 940 adults with PSMA-positive metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer will be randomly assigned to receive either the new combination or standard care (another hormone therapy, chemotherapy, or a different radiation drug). The main goal is to see how long it takes for the cancer to worsen or for death to occur.

PROSTATE CANCER
