New plug aims to seal aneurysm sac and prevent leaks

Summary
This study tests whether a special plug (IMPEDE-FX) can safely fill the leftover space around a stent used to repair a bulging artery in the belly (abdominal aortic aneurysm). The goal is to prevent blood leaks and help the artery heal. About 15 adults who are already scheduled for standard aneurysm repair will take part.
