Summary
This study aims to understand how drinking different types of milk affects bone health, heart health, and immune function in healthy adults. Researchers will compare three drinks over 12 weeks: A2 milk (a special type of cow's milk), regular cow's milk, and an oat-based plant drink. The study involves 150 healthy adults aged 30-60 who will drink 500ml of their assigned beverage daily while researchers measure various health markers.
