Could A2 milk soothe your tummy troubles?
NCT ID NCT06252636
First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether A2 milk causes less digestive discomfort—like bloating, gas, and stomach pain—than regular milk (which contains A1 protein). About 40 adults who often feel uneasy after drinking milk will try both types without knowing which is which. The goal is to see if A2 milk is a gentler choice for sensitive stomachs.
