First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested whether a new drug called A140 works as well as the standard drug Erbitux for people with a certain type of advanced colorectal cancer (RAS wild-type). Both drugs were given together with chemotherapy. The trial involved 688 adults and measured how many patients' tumors shrank after 12 weeks of treatment. The goal was to see if A140 could be a similar, possibly more affordable, option for controlling the disease.
