Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week injury prevention program can improve lower-body power, agility, and balance in female college athletes in Saudi Arabia. Thirty healthy women aged 18-35 who have played sports for at least a year will do exercises like stretching, jumping, and agility drills. The goal is to see if a program designed for women can reduce injury risks and boost performance.
