First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looked at whether 6 weeks of supervised exercise followed by home exercise is as good as 12 weeks of fully supervised exercise for obese women. 21 women took part, and researchers measured how well they stuck with the program, plus changes in strength, balance, and mood. The goal is to find the best way to help obese women stay active and improve their health.
