Summary
This study looks at whether a 6-month or 12-month follow-up colonoscopy is better for people who had a large colon polyp (20-50 mm) removed. The goal is to see which schedule finds any returning polyp tissue more effectively. About 546 adults will take part, and the results will help doctors recommend the best timing for surveillance.
