First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study checked if a simple arm exercise test, called the six-minute pegboard and ring test, is a reliable way to measure upper body fitness in people with rheumatoid arthritis. Forty adults with the condition took the test along with other arm strength and function measures. The goal was to see if this test could be a useful tool for doctors and researchers.
