Summary
This study is testing a shorter, more intense form of radiation therapy for men with advanced prostate cancer. Instead of receiving radiation over several weeks, participants get just five high-dose sessions. The main goals are to see how safe this approach is and how it affects patients' quality of life, bowel function, and cancer control.
